The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted by the CBSE for aspiring teachers looking to teach in schools across India. 
The exam consists of two papers - Paper 1 and Paper 2. 
Paper 1 is for primary level teachers (Class 1 to 5) and consists of 150 questions divided into 5 sections. 
Paper 2 is for elementary level teachers (Class 6 to 8) and also consists of 150 questions divided into 5 sections.
 Each section carries 30 questions, covering topics -
 Child Development and Pedagogy, Mathematics 
Environmental Studies
Language- I
 Language II.
